About Waypoint Automotive

Waypoint Automotive was built on a simple belief: the automotive industry can — and should — be better.

After years in the field, I saw firsthand what was missing. Skilled technicians were undervalued. Craftsmanship was rushed. Transparency was often treated as optional. And too many customers were left uncertain about who to trust.

Waypoint Automotive was created to change that.

This isn’t just another repair business — it’s a commitment to doing things the right way. Here, technicians are respected for their skill and given the space to practice their craft with pride, precision, and passion. Because when the people doing the work are valued, the quality speaks for itself.

For our customers, we believe in something rare: complete transparency. No guesswork. No pressure. Just honest communication, clear direction, and service you can truly depend on.

Our goal is simple — create an environment where everyone wins.

  • Customers receive reliable, honest service
  • Technicians are supported and appreciated
  • The work reflects true craftsmanship

At Waypoint Automotive, trust isn’t a slogan — it’s the foundation. And when direction is needed, it’s given with fairness, clarity, and genuine care.

Because this isn’t just about fixing vehicles.
It’s about restoring confidence in the industry.

Founder’s Note

I didn’t build Waypoint Automotive to participate in this industry, I built it to disrupt it.

After more than a decade in the field, I saw the standard firsthand. Corners cut without hesitation. Technicians treated as disposable. Customers left guessing. Speed valued over skill. Profit placed ahead of principle.

That standard didn’t deserve to continue.

Waypoint Automotive was built as the answer, a place where craftsmanship is non-negotiable, transparency is absolute, and respect is given to both the technician and the client.

This is not a volume-driven operation. This is precision work. Intentional work. Work done the right way... every time.

If you’re looking for average, there are plenty of options.
If you’re looking for a higher standard, you’ve found it.
